Doug Palframan
Shareholder & Consulting

A former Zimbabwean legal practitioner, Doug brings longstanding commercial and legal experience to Hippo Creek, together with many years of involvement in the mining sector.
Managing Director

Deon leads Hippo Creek’s strategic and operational direction, overseeing the mine and the development of the business across mining, procurement and logistics. He maintains close relationships across Zimbabwe’s mining and supplier network.

Hendrik oversees day-to-day operations in Zimbabwe and works closely with the workshop, mine and procurement teams. He also helps coordinate local equipment and parts requirements with Hippo Creek’s Southern African sourcing network.
